First step is to open Google Chrome on your computer then go to the top righ corner click on three vertical dot > Setting > Appearance > Customize Fonts > Advanced font settings > Add to Chrome then you got new plugin. Click on the plugin and customize the font. Check video for more detail.

Changing Khmer Unicode font on Firefox is more simple than on Google Chrome. Click on three vertical lines > Options > Go to Language and Appearance in Fonts and Colors section click on Advanced...> font for select Khmer and change to khmer font you may like in three font below.
